Ainslie M. Neubert

Ainslie is an Associate at The Hustead Law Firm. He graduated from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California. He subsequently attended Vermont Law School, where he focused on civil litigation. While in law school, he served as a managing editor of a law review journal, and gained valuable experience providing legal services through clinics and clerkships with the state attorney’s office and a defense firm.

Ainslie started his career as a prosecutor in Vermont before moving to Colorado to be closer to family. He further honed his trial skills as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado. He now focuses on representing sureties and defending clients in various commercial litigation matters at The Hustead Law Firm.

Outside the office, Ainslie can be found hiking one of Colorado’s fourteeners, snowboarding, rock climbing, or fishing.
