The Firm seeks an associate with 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with an emphasis on insurance-related litigation such as coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability lawsuits, and bad faith claims. The ideal candidate will have experience investigating/defending first- and third-party claims, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and attending court hearings in state and federal courts. Experience drafting coverage opinions and conducting examinations under oath is a strong plus. Excellent research, writing, and independent thinking skills are essential. Candidates will have the opportunity to handle the day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the matters on which they work, from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through trial and appeal.

The Firm seeks to hire an attorney with at least 2-5 years of construction litigation experience. The ideal construction attorney candidate would have experience not only defending against construction defect claims, but also experience litigating breach of construction contract, termination, and delay claims. The firm highly values persuasive legal writing, and experience relating to surety bond claims is a plus. The firm will prioritize interviewing those candidates with strong writing samples. The Firm has an opening for a full-time, high performing litigation legal assistant with at least 2 years of experience to assist multiple attorneys with all aspects of file and case management. This role includes the administrative duties such as corresponding with clients, docketing deadlines, e-filing documents, document organization and management. The candidate must be able to provide exceptional legal administrative support to multiple attorneys, with meticulous attention to detail. The position requires a positive, reliable team player that thrives in a supportive but fast-paced environment. Experience in case management, discovery, and state and federal court procedures is required.
