Dane C. Mueller

Dane is a shareholder of the Firm and has been practicing law since 2015.  Prior to joining the firm, he began his legal career practicing civil litigation and real estate law.  Dane has tried two cases to a jury as second chair counsel that resulted in defense verdicts.  He has litigated cases involving breach of contract, construction defect, surety, personal injury, collections, as well as general business and real estate matters. He has been named one of Denver’s Top Lawyers on multiple occasions since 2017.

Dane obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he double majored in Economics and Communication. He attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association Mock Trial Program and a senior staff editor for the Water Law Review. While in law school, Dane was a law clerk for the Honorable F. Stephen Collins in the 18th Judicial District of Colorado. Also, Dane interned for the general counsel of a local oil and gas company. Dane is admitted in federal and state courts in Colorado as well as the state courts in Montana and Wyoming.

Dane is a Colorado native, born and raised in Denver, who enjoys all of the state’s seasonal activities including golfing, fishing, hunting, and skiing.
