Elan Goldstein

Elan is an Associate at The Hustead Law Firm. He graduated from college at CU Boulder with a major in political science and a minor in business. Elan subsequently attended law school at Texas Tech University School of Law where he graduated with a concentration in business law. While in law school, Elan gained valuable experience clerking for personal injury law firms in both Texas and Colorado, served as a founding member of the Journal of Law, Technology, & Society, and participated in various Board of Barristers competitions.

After graduating from law school and passing the Colorado Bar, Elan began his legal career at a boutique personal injury firm in Denver. There, he built a strong foundation in legal drafting and writing, case analysis, and client advocacy. At the Hustead Law Firm, Elan now focuses on representing and defending clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters.

When he is not diligently working for his clients, you can find Elan enjoying Colorado's beautiful landscapes through skiing and golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones.
