Michael P. Hupf

Michael is an associate attorney at the Hustead Law Firm. Prior to joining the firm, Michael began his legal career practicing civil litigation, mostly, creditor’s rights and insurance defense in Texas. Michael has litigated cases involving breach of contract, construction defect, collections, personal injury, and premises liability.

Michael obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha where he majored in History and was a varsity letter winner in tennis. Michael attended law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law and was a member of the school’s Environmental Law Society as well as the Sports and Entertainment Law Association. Michael interned for the NCAA in the governance department after law school. Michael is admitted in Colorado, Indiana, and Texas. Michael also does pro bono work for veterans.

Michael enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying Colorado’s outdoor activities including golfing, tennis, hiking, and skiing.
